Our designer jewellery is unique and each piece is different. Our jewellery is made of brass, copper and/or silver. Please note that the silver content is not guaranteed and can vary in each individual design. Some of the most commonly used stones in our jewellery are cubic zirconia, cultured pearls, lab-made rubies, emeralds, blue sapphires, amethyst, and garnet.
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.

All payments are processed via Stripe Payments, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. Stripe Payments uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Stripe Payments securely shares your order and delivery details with us but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
ORDER
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unworn jewellery can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip or invoice. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stock and payment authorizations.

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.
ACCOUNT CREATION
Registering with loomsclothing.com is easy. You can create a unique account by going through the following steps:
- Click on the “LOGIN” sign found on the top right of the home screen
- Click on the “Create an Account” tab found on the “Customer Login” screen.
- Enter your unique information on the account creation page.
- Click on the “Submit” tab for account creation.
Please click on “Forgot Your Password?” which is available at the sign-in page. Enter your email address and click on “Submit”. A set of instructions to re-set your password will be sent to your registered email. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.
Please sign in and click on “My Account”. You will be able to edit/update your particulars.
Please sign-in to “My Account” to view your order history. Click on the order you wish to view to see the details.
Yes! Updating your account will help us identify the right products that you may be interested in. Also, by keeping all your information up to date you won’t have to re-enter your details when shopping online, hence making the process easier for you.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. However, the order would be shipped only when payment verification is complete (in case of online payments) or sms verification of contact number has been carried out (in case of Cash On Delivery).
Unfortunately, products listed as “Out of Stock” or “Unavailable” are not available for sale.

If you wish to change the delivery address for a placed order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will make the requested changes if the order has not been processed.
